Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation
email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where available.
Shipping Methods & Times:
We ship across North America using reputable carriers. Standard delivery timelines
range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping is
available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Final
shipping costs will be provided by someone from our customer service team.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 5 business days of
delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Policy (Out of Warranty)
At Crystal Mountain, product quality and customer satisfaction are important to us.
However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise outside of warranty periods.

Warranty Coverage:
Each of our products includes a standard limited warranty, details of which are provided
with your purchase and can be found on our website under each product listing.
Returns for Out-of-Warranty Products:
If your product is no longer under warranty and you're experiencing issues, we
unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist
you with troubleshooting and, where available, offer replacement parts or direct you to
our repair resources.
Non-Warranty Support Options:
